Schedule for 2020 Camp Programs
Pricing for 2020 Camp Programs
Every child should have the opportunity to experience a fantastic week at Camp Lackawanna. We understand not all families are able to pay the full registration price, so we offer partially and fully subsidized prices, so families can pay what they are able to. These pricing options were created when it was realized that it cost $1,167 per camper for summer camp 2019, even though only $400-$450 was charged per camper. If you are blessed and able to help us cover more of this cost it will be greatly appreciated.

Although each camp has unique programing and experiences, all camps share a focus on developing your child's relationship with God. We do this throughout the day in every aspect of camp life. Some ways we do this are daily Bible study, evening vespers services, worship songs, cabin talks, and fun games and crafts that reinforce the day's theme. Our trained staff teach a non-denominational curriculum designed with the campers in mind. There is no better place for your camper to connect with God and have a blast doing it!
YOU & ME CAMP (1-3)*
Children new to Camp Life can experience all of the fun and adventure while making memories with their parent or other special adult in the great outdoors. This introduction to sleep-away camp, half-week program, runs Sunday through Tuesday, and is the perfect way to acclimate your child with Camp Life.
The campers experience the independence to make new friends in their cabin, knowing their parent is close by (in a cabin with other adult campers). Campers will go about their days supervised by counselors. Parents are encouraged to join their child in many of camp’s adventures, but also have the freedom to take a relaxing afternoon to themselves, knowing their children are well cared for and having the time of their lives.
You & Me Camp runs from Sunday at 3:00PM through Tuesday at 1:00PM.
ADVENTURE CAMP (3rd-6th and 7th-9th)*

This week-long adventure is ideal for the camper who just doesn’t slow down, yet enjoys the companionship and comradery of team sports. The week is packed with team activities and no two days will be the same! Through the years and years of offering Sport Adventure Camp, we have found constructive ways to teach valuable life lessons through sports such as leadership, communication, sportsmanship and team work. Sports Camp combines the teaching of Team First through organized and friendly-competition sports along with the traditional daily Camp Life activities like hiking, canoe trips, water games, campfires and more.
NIGHT OWLS (6th-12th)*
This nocturnal camp is for every kid who loves to stay up late at night. Campers will enjoy Camp Life from a different point of view as they watch Camp Lackawanna come alive after the sun goes down. Identifying animal sounds, seeing creatures in their nocturnal habitat, stargazing, and more. Campers will also get to experience twilight pool parties, glow-stick games, and night hikes. And since your camper is journeying into the night, they get to sleep in, have a late breakfast and start Camp Life a little later in the morning! This one-of-a-kind adventure camp is one of the favorites among returning campers looking for another new adventure.
MUSIC, ARTS & DRAMA (MAD) CAMP (6th-12th)*
Find the performer inside you and get ready to belt it out the best ways you know how! Campers at the Music, Arts & Drama Camp will be exposed to the fundamental building blocks of creating a character through acting, writing and performing their own skits. Campers will play group improv games and even put on talent shows. As they move from the basics to final rehearsals of their scenes, special emphasis is placed on spontaneity and creativity while helping campers understand how to focus and maintain attention.
